• What is the daily transaction limit using BTN Internet Banking?

  • Transfer to Bank BTN account: Rp. 200 Million / day
  • SKN transfer to other bank: Rp. 100 Million / day
  • RTGS transfer to another bank: Rp. 200 Million / day
  • Online transfer to another bank: Rp. 50 Million / day (per trx max 25 Million)
  • Payment transaction: In accordance with Bill
  • Purchase transaction: Rp. 10 Million / day

• Where can I register for BTN Internet Banking facilities?

  BTN Internet Banking registration can be done through BTN ATM or through the Customer Service officer at the nearest Branch Office. Ensure that your current e-mail address is registered at BTN when registering BTN Internet Banking.

  To update the e-mail address data can be done at the customer service officer at the nearest Branch office. BTN Internet Banking registration at the Branch Office is enough to bring valid proof of identity and proof of account ownership (savings book and or ATM card), while BTN Internet Banking registration through BTN ATM can use your ATM card through the e-channel registration menu - BTN Internet Banking.

• What are the steps for registering BTN Internet Banking?

  1. Customers enter the BTN Internet Banking website at https://internetbanking.btn.co.id, then click "Register Now (register now)"
  2. On the Terms & Conditon page, click "I have read and agree" then click "Continue"
  3. At the verification stage;
     • Fill out the Registration Code according to the email received (if the registration is via CS) or from the ATM receipt (if the registration is via ATM)
     • The last 4 digits of the ATM card number
     • The last 4 digits of your account number
     • Date of birth.
     After that click "Verify"
  4. At the Create;
     • Enter the User ID (Minimum 6 digits, can be all letters or combinations of letters and numbers)
     • Enter Password (8 to 12 digits, combination of Uppercase, Lowercase, Numbers, Example initial password: Password123)
     • Enter a security expression. Fill in words that are easy to remember
     • Enter answers to some security questions. Record the answers to the security questions.
     • Insert image (size not more than 100 Kb)
     Click "Send"
  5. Enter the "Select Account" stage. Select the desired account number (1 account may be selected, or several, or all accounts). Then click "OK"
  6. Done. Click "OK" then "Login"

• What is the Registration Code?

  The registration code is a special code that customers can get through CS BTN at the nearest branch office or through the BTN ATM on the e-Channel Registration menu.

• What is BTN Internet Banking Token?

  Token BTN Internet Banking is an additional security application for financial transactions at BTN Internet Banking that can be installed on a User's smartphone / tablet.

  BTN Internet Banking Token functions to generate codes that always change every time a customer makes a financial transaction, without BTN Internet Banking Token You can still access BTN Internet Banking Services to conduct non-financial transactions including viewing Balance Information and transaction mutations.

• How do you activate BTN Internet Banking Token?

  Customers can come to the nearest BTN Branch office to be able to activate the BTN Internet Banking Token.

• Where can BTN Internet Banking services be accessed?

  You can visit the BTN Internet Banking Services site via the site https://internetbanking.btn.co.id/

• What internet browser is needed to access BTN Internet Banking?

  BTN Internet Banking works fine if you use the Internet Explorer browser from version 9.0 and above; Mozilla Firefox from version 7.0 and above; Apple Safari starts version 5.0 and above; and Google Chrome from version 16.0 and above.

  BTN does not guarantee that BTN Internet Banking will function properly if using another internet browser.

• Does BTN Internet Banking have an application version?

  BTN Internet Banking has an application version that can be accessed by using a smartphone or tablet.

• I forgot my BTN Internet Banking password, how do I reset it?

  1. Click "Forgot Password"
  2. Enter User ID
  3. Select Yes, if the token is still active. Select No, if the token is no longer active (this option must come to CS to request a reg code)
     • When using a token. input the challange code listed on the web into the internet banking application token menu (select the challange response menu); then okay to get a response code. Enter the response code to the internet banking web. then click continue / ok
     • If not using a token, through CS, request the reg code. Enter reg code, ATM card and registered account number, and date of birth. then click continue / ok
  4. Enter a new password that hasn't been used in the last 3x

• I forgot the BTN Internet Banking User ID, how do I know?

  Customers can contact the BTN Contact Center at 1500286 or come to the nearest BTN Branch office. After the verification process is carried out, BTN officers will inform the Customer User Id.
